PROCESS
1. Select the size of your floor decal in the drop down.
2. Enter the customization details (colors, text, etc.) for the banner in the personalization box. You can also enter links to pictures you want added to the banner or examples of other banners for reference in this section.
3. Purchase the listing.
4. We will deliver a proof to you for approval.
5. Once your proof is approved the order will be printed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

PROOF APPROVAL
The proof approval process will allow you to confirm that the design and details of your order. Please use this process as an opportunity to confirm the text, customizations, delivery address and finishing options and overall design for your order. Once the proof is approved the design will print as shown in the proof image. We cannot change the design or finishing options once the proof has been confirmed/approved. You will have two edits with each order after we send you the initial proof and before you give the final approval.

SHIPPING:
We ship out all banners 1-2 business days after the approval process is finished. Banners will be received 5-7 days after they are shipped.

Shipping
All order come with free standard shipping.  Expedited (overnight) shipping can be added to any order for an additional fee during checkout.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns.  If an incorrect product or unapproved design was sent to you, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement.

Processing time
We provide a proof within 24-48 hours from when we receive customer orders.

Once a design is approved it will ship the next business day.  Our free standard shipping takes 2-3 days on average for delivery.

Our Process

1. Pick product type Size, Side & Add-ons
2. Choose the available finishing options you’d like.
3. Provide Customization Instructions or Upload a Design.
4. Enter specific design and personalization instructions text.  You can also upload image assets that will be used on your product.  Don't need a custom design?   You may upload a complete design when we'll use that when printing your product. 
5. Click “ADD TO CART” & then proceed Checkout.
   You may leave any special request on the note during checkout and upgrade shipping options.
6. Confirm the Proof
   You will receive a final proof for approval before we send your orders to print.
7. Delivery
   You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched.
