Hanging Options

Vinyl backdrops are available in a variety of sizes and can be easily hung using grommets or pole pockets. Grommets are small metal rings that are inserted along the edges of the backdrop, allowing it to be hung from hooks or other supports. Ordering Process

1. Select the size in the drop down.

2. Select the finishing options (pole pockets, grommets, etc.).

3. Enter the customization details (colors, text, etc.) for the banner in the personalization box. You can also enter links to pictures you want added to the banner or examples of other banners for reference in this section.

4. Purchase the listing.

5. We will deliver a proof to you for approval.

6. Once your proof is approved the order will be printed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

PROOF APPROVAL:

The proof approval process will allow you to confirm that the design and details of your order. Please use this process as an opportunity to confirm the text, customizations, delivery address and finishing options and overall design for your order. Once the proof is approved the design will print as shown in the proof image. We cannot change the design or finishing options once the proof has been confirmed/approved.

HOW TO HANG:

Finish Options

1. Pole pockets: Allows you to slide a rod/pole through the top or bottom of the banner. This is a great option if you already have a banner stand or if you have an existing pole that you can use to secure the banner.

2. Grommets: Reinforced holes along the edge of the banner. Use this option to hang the banner with a rope or string.

3. Hem Only: Reinforced and folded at the edge of the banner.

We ship out all banners 1-2 business days after the approval process is finished. Banners will be received 5-7 days after they are shipped.

All order come with free standard shipping.  Expedited (overnight) shipping can be added to any order for an additional fee during checkout.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns.  If an incorrect product or unapproved design was sent to you, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement.

We provide a proof within 24-48 hours from when we receive customer orders.

Once a design is approved it will ship the next business day.  Our free standard shipping takes 2-3 days on average for delivery.

4. Enter specific design and personalization instructions text.  You can also upload image assets that will be used on your product.  Don't need a custom design?   You may upload a complete design when we'll use that when printing your product.

   You may leave any special request on the note during checkout and upgrade shipping options.
6. Confirm the Proof
   You will receive a final proof for approval before we send your orders to print.
7. Delivery
   You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched.

What kind of artwork files do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution image files in JPG, PNG, or PDF formats. We recommend that your file be at least 150 dpi at the actual size of the backdrop.

How do I choose between grommets and pole pockets for the finishing option?

If you plan to hang the banner using ropes or zip ties, grommets are the best option. If you plan to use a stand or frame, pole pockets are recommended. The pole pockets can be added to the top, bottom, or both sides of the banner.

How do I clean and care for my vinyl backdrop?
